		<description>Another interesting book has just been published by Gower - Stakeholder Relationship Management  A Maturity Model for Organisational Implementation.

The Intro and chapter 7 can be downloaded from http://www.gowerpub.com/isbn/9780566088643 

This book seems to take a more holistic appraoch to the business of managing stakeholders (or is that like herding kittens?).
